Gradual, expanding mind meditation. Not a time out.

When one takes a time out as is the colloquialism they disengage from their normally scheduled program. The punisher’s hope is that they find solace in this place and change their behavior but as we all know, like the good criminals humans are, that we will resume the same but with less skill points invested in that particular task which ventured to this prison. Or at least whilst the punish watches. However, growth doesn’t come this way. When one meditates on a state of mind or place of being their exercise their thoughts. To keep doing this without realizing it needs to become norm rather than a break is just silly…

Emotional awareness and armory

The understanding of a person’s emotional possibilities are not mystery unless we let them. I suggest that we take a moment in the beginning of a day to measure where we could stand…

The decor of your brain’s halls

The surroundings of our world can be only seen from the inside of our minds. Matching decor always occurs and infuriating as it may be to know, if your brains covered in crap then so shall the world around ye be. BUT WAIT! That decor is easily changed, improved, or ruined! Thoughts are pretty sweet deals like that…

Belief without action is not a sailed vessel

Humans believe in so many silly and then so many wonderful things. But it doesn’t mean squat-diddly until it does something and that something can be as simple as encourage a person to get up. But faith in action is a powerful thing, and faith is created as a person decides….

Turn into something that can.

INside of everyone is a lot of shit. Never just one person but the star stuff and people parts to make up many, many different people so that oxford coma’s must be used even if Christopher Walken was to speak such. There is a person who can inside each of us and we deny that without confrontation of ourselves and to admitting victory to an enemy. This is silly as a person is a malleable thing…

Pride is given by you

What do we allow ourselves to have credit for? And better yet, who makes the standard for what is ok to feel ok about?

Imprisoned Bill, of rights. The opposite of that.

Humans in the smallest of holes which can’t be climbed out of all have a similar symptom which their devils have helped them forget to diagnose. We can chose how we want to feel… that doesn’t mean we get it, immediately but it does mean we can chose. And a loser with a true heart never dies the same as a winner with lies running through veins and arteries never lives.

Those made up people who love you

Too often do we get lost in how great we are supposed to be, that requirement and need. But we don’t see the credit we want to give. Or that people want to give us. There is a whole world waiting for you to stand up. Not do backflips or solve cancer and multi-variable calculus equations. Just to be…

when are we really free?

Lets get through this! I have work at 5 so… I can uh… There is too much to do and not enough time in the day! People are prisoners to their jobs, school, chores, kids, but honestly they are a gift not stuck in servitude. Escape is not the answer but cleaning the windows…

Walk out of class and into your life

Walk out of class and into your life

It is too easy to be made to work. To be make to study and damn do we all seem to be waiting for work to get over so… we can… oh yeah, work some more? Or die? Because that’s the end of living when you want what you have chosen to do to stop. There is no action a person takes that doesn’t run by their own decision center. Own your actions like a park you get to play in…
