Sometimes we get down or want to be going up faster and more effectively. This is a series of small tips and pieces of life that are incredibly simple and exponentially beneficial. Integrating these into your life will cue your own thoughts and character into better ideas and paths for yourself as well.

Hang out with ppl smarter than you. If you’re the dumbest person in the room, good! Ask more questions. Being the smartest person in the room means you can’t go up. Its also often an ego defensiveness block to need to be the smartest one there or at least see the self as such. Ask more questions. The thing about nerds is that they love to share what they know! Find nerds of whatever field you wanna learn more about get moving.

Plan your week and proper time spacing so it doesn’t fuck up on you. Having a schedule isn’t just for organization but it also forces one to decide WHAT they want to do. Being active rather than reactive is an essential to living at a highest self and keeping spacing in your plans makes them work well rather than messy or failing.

Plan events that excite you and make you happy and that make you confident. Ego depletion is a normal thing and those with low ego’s don’t do epic, fun, or even good shit! Map out things in your week that make you feel important, special, excited. Happiness doesn’t just happen on accident, we gotta go get it. I like basketball, skydiving, dancing, hiking, going to art galleries and seeing my friends present their art; every one is different though but everyone has things that lift them up. Plan those, they are incredibly important for stability and success. Everyone deserves that and it will help the world when they get that.

Think about happy shit instead of depressing shit. ACTIVELY, as in every time a thought you don’t like or that makes you feel low comes up, think of a happy one instead. When we compliment or insult ourselves, we set the stage for how we act next. It is usually a self-fulfilling prophecy. Its also good to dismiss critique and attacks when they have no validity. Socrates has three rules of communication; it must be true, kind, and necessary. These rules also count when talking to one’s self. You get to control your thoughts and the more you put them in order, the better they’ll work for you.

Put your mind on the task of being like people you admire and creating ways to be more happy and get more of what you want. That’s not greedy! Everyone’s set of thoughts has a theme, directives, values, and are predictable. They’re also all in one’s control and nobody is inherently ANYTHING. Its human to believe we are set in place but that’s lower-level thinking, often even learned helplessness. We are as great as we decide and create because life is a journey not a destination.
