The irony of being worried about what people think about you lays in how much you care about how much they think about you. If you care that much about you being the subject of this function even though they’re still the star of the show, why in any logical grasps of other’s brains would it be safe to assume that they’re thinking about you? Made up judgments and concerns that hold one down are self-abusive, disrespectful to others and to the imagination. Fuck all that noise.

It is important to remember that people are constantly thinking about themselves. Humans evolved to survive and to assume ones do differently for anything you are doing is completely batshit absurd. People are also only aware of what you tell them and even then that awareness is highly limited, opened to interpretation, limited to perception and likewise wisdom, then further limited to if they even give a shit. A person’s happiness is their own invention, making yours or theirs controlled by another is impossible except by one’s own perception. Nobody can actually give you happiness or sadness or judgement, you must perceive it.

The world one creates in their mind is the mind they know, not the reality outside. The real world is constantly changing are grandiose. Human brains cannot even begin to comprehend all the shit going on. To assume one can is a normal human thing to do, a psychological evolutionary trait that makes us comfortable; you’re going to fucking generalize. To be aware of that world, cause I just told you the fuck about it, and not shift your presumptions to positive end effects is absolutely fucking stupid. The level of self-detriment and disrespect to the world continuing that does on a braggart and imbecilic echelon is astounding. Social anxiety has to be made up because the human mind is too small to actually comprehend everything everyone else is thinking about. The illusion of asymmetric insight is where a person attacks or condemns others for their problems being extremely simple when in fact the attacker has enormously overstate their understanding of the other’s life. That is a normal human thing. That is incredibly stupid to do.

Creating a mind in one’s world is easy and always done. We respond 25x stronger to negative memories than to positive ones so its normal to assume bad things and takes work to not. This is a failsafe measure so that we don’t subconsciously be morons and die or for our ancestors, walk into lion dens and die. You get to create whatever mindset you chose, it is yours!
