Who we do keep with ourselves bends the words which mend the thoughts we keep with ourselves. There is critique that comes from our friends, enemies, family and lovers. Walking on top them or wearing funny hats behind their backs does not change its existence, that judgement and warring is there.

How we respond to what is casually said to us can determine the pace of the entire day. Disregarded insults carry weight in your steering wheel even if you don’t think on it or if you assume its no big deal. That one joke someone made that is sexist or racist or uniformed dwells on our values and bends our up coming thoughts. The condescension in someone’s voice about “normal” people adds a tie to every thought to roam your mind and the words you allow to leave your brain.

It is just as vital that we make commentary to each comment made as it is elementary that the sun shines on this earth. Though we may not give it credit or have it on our mind, its is the food for which all else grows out of. So judge and measure all that is given to your mind. Keep sure on the way you measure for though does not have to be attacking and seeing hurt can be understanding another’s pain. But to let words go untouched and unmeasured is letting strangers you don’t know into your home. Dress and label new members of your band that plays the song your mind writes.
