Sometimes you get that sinking feeling in your gut that everything is wrong. It can be anger, sadness, depression, loathing. Whatever you define it as, its a change wanting to get out. The first reaction we have is normally to be quiet because we don’t want social attention. Stepping out of que could be deadly! Those words sound fucking silly but its what we do. And that is dumb.

More so when examined we may understand that we MUST react. Don’t take that nap, don’t walk away, and don’t scream at them. But blow up. Let the fuse hit the bomb but remember that anger or excitement is an explosion and you are the barrel of the cannon. You have aim, you take aim, you are responsible for the damage because you can decide where you fire. Let yourself blow up or you will be heavy, weighed down by duds. Even if you have forgotten about them, they’re still sitting in your guys with arms clenched about your heart strings. But the moment you get back on top of your own tale’s flow is the moment they let go. So blow up

Let yourself feel emotion do not let emotion control you. I am not saying get lost and destroy a person, your car, yourself or a relationship. But feel that emotion. It is important otherwise it wouldn’t fucking be there. Listen to it as you watching fire works go off; with wonder and awe and intrigue. Measure it as you are walking through a mine field and watching a friend get ripped apart by one; with precision and focus. If it truly matters to you then you must truly act on it. Change needs to happen or else your heart, body, and mind would not feel this way.

Life is not lived by staying complacent and quiet. Go paint your name on the world and blow up in the face of doubt.
