It is so strange in a society by my generation of entitlement and denied failures or shortcomings to say that it takes work to be happy. There is a natural resentment at those who are more wealthy, happy, sexually successful, or what have you. And this is a silly thing, so stop that. To assume happiness doesn’t take work is to deny the emotions one is having. It is important to feel what hurts. If one denies, or ignores than that emotion will build up and blow out in other ways. The faster and more smoothly one is able to accept and feel what is wrong, the smoother it will pass and more comfortable a person will be. Denying these feelings is fighting one’s self which takes on a new battle that can’t be escaped; because you are yourself. Once we make a new thought though, happiness does naturally flow on its own.

Creating new thoughts is being happy as the scared and panic mind projects and resents. To shift out of the emotion or the action or the cycle can be done by letting go of the past and taking the action of a free mind. Do something new. Pain and suffering are cyclical as happiness is ever changing because one adapts and grows if they’re happy where as one festers if they’re suffering. So, start a new cycle.

The work is actually more realistic. Life and existence is always changing, to be is to spiral and move in reaction the actions of the world around you. Doing the same thing is a childish set of training wheels one needs to get around on baby steps. That is what depression, repeating pain cycles are; baby steps because you are hurt or scared. Don’t be hurt or scared by doing something new and embracing the unknown.

There is a painful depth and debt one sits in until they have made steps to make themselves happy. This is a resentment for unclaimed gifts in the world, destined for the self. To make new, create and explore is to claim these and make yourself a true being as one is doing instead of NOT doing.
