Build, not defend yourself

When someone attacks you, verbally or emotionally then they have lost all power because they’re not in control of anything. They are asking you to feel bad because of how they want you to think of you. Their opinion can only affect you if you accept it. That outside opinion is asking to be a guest in your own mind and wants to trash the place. Just say no, you are in control of your own mind. You can build up yourself in your mind to be as great as you want to be, there is no limit to how amazing you can imagine yourself to be! The step to allowing someone else control in your mind where you have that level of potential is hilarious and ridiculous. As things attack at you, remember the instant they lay blow that you are in complete control of your thoughts. They are requesting to be a guest, any power they have over you is power you gave them. So build up your mind and self ever time you are attacked because its a sign of how important you are to the world that they fear your strength and greatest so they would tear at you. Build up, never let a guest redecorate with trash. Your mind and heart are your kingdom and only you are in control of it.
