She was the ringmaster. 
And our love was an act. 
Constantly pulling hearts strings I gave her. 
I played her puppet, jokester, and was the main act. 

You just have to remember…
You’ve been hurt and shut out,
You know pain.
All heartache in your life made you into the warrior you are today.

This was an assignment that changed my life.
I viewed myself more confidently after this.
The eulogy reminded me that all broken hearts can be mended with a perfect and memorable departure.
