Aspirations of an Innocent Mind

I’ve been through potholes & bumpy roads

Feeling so alone with no type of support at home

My mama tried raising 5 kids on her own

So that’s how I started writing from the soul

I’m only 19 years old

& I’m just trying to get back from what they all stole

This world is so lonely & cold

Makes it feel so impossible to reach any type of goals

I have aspirations as a young, inspirational Songwriter, Poet, & Lyricist.

I started writing when I was 12 years old. I didn’t have many friends and I didn’t have family members to talk too about how I feel & who I am. All I had was paper, a pen, & of course the gift of a creative mind to write heart spoken, warm feeling, poems & quotes.

I only wish to become the best inspirational writer in my generation. If you tag along with me on this journey I only hope to inspire you & make you realize there’s more to life than minor temporary problems & pain.

Life always goes on . . .

They told me what I have to do to win. But, I’m too scared to lose myself and everything I represent. I’m too scared to face the truth and every moment alive I’ve spent. And there’s no blaming anybody else cause this was the direction I chose and went. i’m just so tired of feeling so worthless… I feel so lonely and lost I just wanna give up and forget about all this earth mess… It’s like everybody around me has it all figured out without feeling no stress. Or maybe they just know how to hide it...
